Aligned with the views of other Free Enterprise Group members, Leadsom and chairman of hthe group Kwasi Kwarteng believe in introducing private investment to the road system, as Kwarteng told the Daily Telegraph, “To expect the taxpayer to pay for our roads without making any distinction between those who do and don’t use it is unfair.”
